The service here is top-notch, with friendly staff who try to accommodate your every request. The room is luxurious, with high-quality furnishings and interesting art on the walls. It is very comfortable and has a sitting area where you can relax. The breakfast here is amazing, with a wide variety of delicious options including fresh fruit and freshly baked goods. The staff in the morning are charming and make you feel welcome.

Convenient location, with plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops nearby. No traffic to worry about. Spacious and clean rooms, with a terrace overlooking a nice courtyard. Delicious meals, both for dinner and breakfast. Attentive staff, helped book airport shuttle despite flight delay.

The location of the hotel couldn't be any better, right in the heart of Palermo. We were able to easily walk to all the major sights and there were plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. The hotel itself is a beautifully restored old building, adding to the charm of our stay. Our room was modern, spacious, and comfortable. Despite being in a central location, it was surprisingly quiet. The breakfast was nice, with a good variety of options. The staff is friendly, helpful, and professional, ensuring a pleasant stay. the breakfast offers a variety of delicious options, including fresh fruit, bakery items, eggs, and bacon.

There were occasional wifi dropouts and a few issues with the TV channels, but these minor inconveniences did not overshadow the overall positive experience at the hotel.
